The Hard to Find Supper Club is a culinary project led by Ben Macdonald, Masterchef Australia 2014 finalist.
The concept is simple:
- Take over a restaurant/space for an evening or two every 4-6 weeks
- Intimate dining for 10 – 30 people depending on venue
- Multi course, seasonal menus with innovative food using the finest produce and modern techniques
- Matched wines
